The logo
I’m looking for a new logo for myself, my name is Lotte van Wilsum, so I’d like to use the initials LVW.
Sketches
I started sketching to explore what really suits me. Variants 1 and 2 are neat and tidy, and I liked that the two V’s form a W, but overall it feels a bit too clean for me. Variant 3 is definitely not the one. I liked number 4 a bit more, but it still didn’t feel quite right. I really liked number 5 because it fits me well and I love graffiti. I also liked number 6, but it looked a bit too sweet.
Final result
he final result. I wanted to keep it playful and hand-drawn, not too perfect. Version 1 is the white one with a dark background, version 2 works well for a light background, and versions 3 and 4 are better for lighter backgrounds too. Personally, I often use either version 2 or 4.
